💵 Our Commission Structure (Simpler & Fairer)

   We only charge commission on the first 4 weeks of lessons (assuming no cancellations or                         postponements):

• ✅ Standard assignments: 40% commission

• ✅Subsidised assignments: 30% commission, to support you in helping students from lower-income backgrounds

• ✅Paid trial lessons that don’t lead to a confirmed assignment: 40% (standard) or 30% (subsidised)

   You keep 100% of the fees after the first month. No recurring cut. No platform lock-in.

📝 What We Look For

​

   We welcome all committed and qualified individuals — including undergrads, part-time tutors, full-       time tutors, MOE teachers, and working professionals — who:

• Are reliable, patient, and passionate about teaching

• Can commit to at least one full academic term

• Are responsive via WhatsApp and punctual for lessons

• Are open to submitting certificates or academic results when requested
